From IIT Delhi Labs to India's Energy Frontier
Harsh and Rajat were both part of Axlr8r Formula Racing, IIT Delhi's Formula Student Electric team — building 100V–400V race cars with podiums at Formula Bharat, FSAE Australasia, and FS Germany. Kunal brings a complementary software and AI background from Wells Fargo's enterprise engineering division.
The combination of Harsh and Rajat's hands-on experience with high-voltage battery systems, BMS logic, and power electronics — together with Kunal's expertise in scalable software architecture, AI/ML, and cloud platforms — became Powertrace's founding DNA.

Harsh Vardhan
Former Battery Systems Lead at Inverted Energy — designed 2.5–96 kWh packs, led AIS 156 Phase 2 cert, commissioned cell to pack line and deployed 50K+ batteries. Chief Mech & Project Manager, Axlr8r 400V race car.
Rajat Kumar Jha
Former Battery Dev at Chakr Innovation — Metal-Air batteries, DC-DC converter cooling, FMEA. Vice Captain Axlr8r Formula Racing, strong background in electrochemistry and powertrain. JEE Adv AIR 2101, KVPY Fellow.
